岗位职责：
1. 按时完成公司月报和季度报告，确保数据准确性；    Finish company monthly and quarterly report on time and make sure the accuracy of report data. 2. 熟悉运营指标，进行业务运营分析，编写日常分析报告，按时提供日报，周报等常规报告。   Familiar with operation indicator, do business operation analysis and finish analysis report. Delivery regular report on time. 3.根据历史数据，对案件进行预测，优化排班体系。   Predict case volume according to history data, optimize scheduling system. 4.根据商务部需求提供相关数据；   Provide data report according to commercial department’s request. 5.对业务平台提供改进优化建议，配合技术部门完成业务运营平台的改造和优化； Raise improvement suggestions to optimize business platform, cooperate with technical department to finish the business platform improving and optimizing. 6.协助上级完成工作，协助上级完成其他运营分析工作，协助上级完成日常管理工作。   Assist leader to complete operation analysis work and other daily management work.

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历；信息管理、应用数学、统计相关专业优先;   Bachelor degree or above, major in computer,information management,mathematics,statistics or related majors is preferred. 2.1年及以上数据分析工作经验;   1 years and above working experience related with data analysis is needed. 3.熟练使用 office软件, 灵活运用各种函数   Excellent in using the Microsoft Office software; Good at various functions is preferred; 4.会任意一种计算机语言优先 VBA, SAS, R;   It would be preferred if you know the computer lanuage eg: VBA, SAS, R 5.英文读写熟练;   Good Command of spoken and written English. 6.有较好的逻辑思维能力，以及时间管理能力;   Have a good ability of logical thinking and time management skills.
