岗位职责：
We are hiring a Marketing Data Analyst who will work with the Marketing team on a daily basis to help them implement best practices for gathering and analyzing data, and optimizing their business.
 
Key responsibilities:
- Provide the marketing team with access to key reports and other desired data.  
- Provide in-depth analysis into specific products, promotions, landing pages, retention & acquisition marketing campaigns; deliver succinct, meaningful insights and actionable data.
- Identify, define and implement measurement strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights through the identification of data trends, correlations and anomalies through analysis of large amounts of data.
- Development of analytical reports according to operational and technical requirements of the business.
- Maintain and optimize current marketing reports.

任职要求：
- A Bachelor degree holder in Mathematics, IT, Statistics, Finance, Marketing or numerical related subjects
- Strong commercial sense and an ability to deal with a fast paced and diverse role
- Exceptional numerical and analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to identify patterns and trends through careful analysis
- Experience of measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns
- Ability to communicate analytical insight to stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical areas
- Comfortable working independently as well as in a team
- Strong working knowledge of Google analytics, SQL Server, or MySQL is highly preferred
- Experience using analysis tools like R, SPSS, SAS is a plus
- Fluency in both English is must; Fluency in Chinese is a plus
