Duties and responsibilities  

1. Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of all recruitment channels used in China; 

2. Coordinate the data of all recruitment activities of China; 

3. To coordinate with project team of recruitment system’s continue improvement, such as: 

1) Maintain and improve data platform to be able to get relevant data.  

2) Provide input how to improve working with Recruitment SW and cooperation with supplier 

3) To define what data needs to be entered and to ensure, data entry efficiency between the systems 

4) Provide regular analysis of recruitment data. 

5) Support for recruiters in their activities. 

4. Other tasks assigned by next higher level manager. 

Requirements: 

Education/Experience  

1. Bachelor's degree. 

2. At least 3 years working experience in HR related function, focus on data collection and analyst is a plus 

Skills and Competencies 

1. Data collection & analysis skill 

2. Good at written English, Fluent oral English is a plus. 

3. Excellent communication skill and a team player.
