工作职能： 
1、 根据业务数据和系统监测数据撰写分析、统计报告，为公司内部、外部客户提供由数据转化的有价值的信息； 
2、 基于数据分析，对运营部门的工作提出流程优化及改善建议； 
3、 基于数据分析，改进和完善数据分析服务流程规范及方法论； 
4、 收集并整理系统功能改进和优化的需求，向上级经理反馈开发需求，提出改进建议。 

职位要求： 
1、 大专及以上学历，数学、系统工程、IT、统计等相关专业，略懂编程逻辑的优先考虑 
2、 具有一年及以上数据收集、统计与分析经验，优秀的数据分析能力及提案能力，善于从海量数据中总结规律，可及时根据积累的数据发现潜在的问题； 
3、 精通Word、EXCEL、PowerPoint的操作； 
4、 具有良好的人际沟通能力、结果导向意识； 
5、 具有高度的责任心、耐心及保密意识； 
6、 热爱并愿意长期在物流行业发展的人员。

Job requirements: 
College or above, major in mathematics, systems engineering, IT, statistics and other related professional, slightly understand programming logic is preferred 
Has one year and above experience in data collection, statistics and analysis, good ability of data analysis and proposal, good at summing rules from huge amounts of data, and can according to the accumulation of data found potential problems in time; 
Proficient in Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint; 
Good interpersonal communication skills, result oriented consciousness; 
With high sense of responsibility, patience and confidentiality consciousness;
