岗位职责:

You act as thought partner to empower the agile teams to drive impact through proactive, holistic and informed decision making
Ensure the sustainability of existing analyzes and develop new statistical analysis: Customer segmentation, Scoring, Targeting, ROI, Association Product ...
Deep dive analysis into internal and external vast data to uncover opportunities
Democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboards, reports)
Evaluate and define products, customer and business metrics
Being attentive to new data mining methodologies and technologies to enable the sustainable development
Introduce and establish analytics best practices
You contribute in corporate strategy by your analysis and data mining
Take full ownership, bring in ideas and kick off new products and features which will benefit the company

任职资格:

WHO YOU ARE

You are passionate and mastering on analyzing data and good at synthesizing the result and explore the insights
You have solid knowledge in statistics methods (scoring, classification…) and computing (database management, informatics language…)
Autonomy, energetic, detailed and adaptable will be your assets to succeed in this job
Team spirit and can handle independent work
Sportive, Creative
Good communicator (written and oral)

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field, or Bachelor degree in related field with 2+ year’s experience applying data science techniques to real business problems.
Programming skills in SQL or Python or R or similar
Fluent in English both write and speak
Tableau experience is a plus
