We are looking for a Shanghai based Sourcing Consultant (m/f) to develop simulation-based purchasing strategies and procurement projects by lead.

The challenge you are up for

    Lead and manage multiple corporate customer projects with high strategic importance to HRS as project leader
    Lead project and contact person for global Sourcing Consultant
    Analyze the existing hotel program of multinational companies and identifies focus destinations for hotel sourcing
    Provide simulation based ascertainment of potentials for cost saving and process optimization within comprehensive global sourcing strategies
    Manage procurement projects
    Present to internal and external stakeholders
    Support the management in the acquisition of sourcing customers

The commitment you bring

    Bachelor degree or above
    3 years of working experience from Consulting/Management Consultancy or any comparable consulting role in the Corporate Management.
    Ability to find useful facts, analyze complex data and draw relevant conclusion.
    Excellent ability in relationship management, negotiation and decision-making to reach goals and exceed targets with high level of self-motivation.
    Very strong analytics
    A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
    Good Project Management skills and MS office, especially Excel, skills.
    Fluency in English, spoken and written
