Job Description 职位描述:
* Design and execute full data analysis & statistical modelling starting from raw data.
  从原始数据中设计及执行数据分析及统计建模。
* Develop data analytics within consulting projects to address consumer needs and opportunities.
  根据咨询项目的客户需求进行完整明确的数据开发。
* Use and provide analysed data to assist customers in developing sales, marketing and customer insights.
  使用并提供分析后的数据协助客户在销售，市场及战略方面提供深度见解。
* Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, task and projects on time with high quality.
  与个人及团队协作，以高质量完成数据分析报告。
Requirements  职位要求:
*  Master Degree is strong preferred from top university major in Data Mining, Statistics, Applied Mathematics. Bachelor degree also considered (with in depth experiences).
   硕士学历为首选，并毕业于国内外优秀大学专业为数据分析，统计学，信息科学，应用数学等背景。本科学历应具备丰富的项目经验。
*  At least 1+ year of in depth experiences Statistics and data mining background through demonstrable skill in use of R or RStudio, as well as basic experience in data visualization (Tableau). Comfortable in dealing with large datasets and designing and executing data mining tasks. Previous experience in Customer / Loyalty / Shopper insights strongly welcomed.
   至少一年以上深度运用R或RSTUDIO 进行数据统计、同样具备基础的数据可视化数据分析经验（Tableau）及处理大型数据集，熟练地运用大数据库并设计及执行数据挖掘等任务。有在顾客/忠诚度/购物者等以往项目经验中进行过数据分析的经验可视为核心加分项。
*  Practical and creative mind-set, able to “invent” and proactively make decisions. Not afraid of “blank page” situations.
   具有实用及创新的想法，能够运用自身独到的想法从而做出决定，无惧新项目挑战等。
*  Fluent English with Good communication skills.
   良好的中英语沟通能力
