1、 岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The primary focus of the position is  to help  the Comops team to drive business growth through end customer data analysis, business intelligence and implementation of new systems (i.e. SFDC). This position is mainly responsible for analyzing end customer data, e.g. sell-out/inventory/pipeline, and monitoring accuracy.

2、 主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1） To streamline standard work from collecting data to reporting, and maintain distributor sell-out and inventory database of reagent & equipment.

2）  To generate monthly report and analyze performance from different angel, i.e., by product line, by region, by distributor.

3）  To monitor data accuracy, identify root causes and to finally improve data quality.

4）  To support sales & marketing team on end customer related business reports.

5）  To support SFDC implementation and enhancement.

6）  To be a SFDC super user to coordinate with key users on continuous improvements, and provide relevant training to sales & marketing team.

3、 知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1） Bachelor degree or above

2） Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, healthcare industry preferred

    3）Good troubleshooting and analysis skills.

    4）Good command of English and Mandarin

    5）Good communication skill
