Responsibilities:
Distributed products pricing:
Pull non-contract pricing for blocked item, upload with SPA tool to find out rebate vendors' eligibility and price;
Request eligibility from the Vendor community, loading non-contract pricing, tracking blocked orders, update DSM-Support Log;
Review DIR report, verify and change freight code on specific POs in SAP.
Weekly Price change notification;

Sourcing data management:
Request information from Asia vendors for newly sourced item, track MID, HTS and FDA information, send completed sourcing form to US for release.
Capture and analyze purchase transactions. Perform monthly, quarterly and year end analysis reporting for sourcing team.
Maintain and update vendor agreement/contract database.


Education background:
Bachelor degree or above in business related major;

Requirements:
Good skills of MS EXCEL,Access, VBA, SQL knowledge of SAP Production
Logical, good analytical skills, comfortable and sensitive with data, able to pay attention to details
Multi-tasker, meet deadline and work under pressure
Team player, Good communication with both English and Chinese across different functions
MS Access, VBA or SAP BW reporting is a plus
