职位描述
Position Title: Sourcing Consultant / 商旅采购（酒店）顾问
Department: Hotel Solutions
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Head of Sourcing Consultant

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Sourcing Consultant, you develop simulation-based purchasing strategies and procurement projects by lead. You are a designer with professional standards and understand how to use your analytical methods, your negotiation skills and strong communication skills.

-  Execute extensive analysis and development of project-specific procurement strategies for HRS key account corporate customers.
-  Advising HRS customers and partners in projects.
-  Implementation of project-based procurement processes.
-  Negotiations with hotel partners and hotel chains.
-  Advice and support of implementation measures for customers and partners.

Qualifications:
-  University Degree or above
-  Business Administration or a comparable degree will be a plus
-  Business administration or technical education with appropriate additional qualification, alternatively.
-  Expert knowledge and experience in the hotel industry, travel industry, tourism or distribution, TMC, etc.
-  Above five years of experience in the field of purchasing services, purchasing advice, or purchasing controlling, hotel RFP experience preferred
-  Strong analytical skills and confident manner with customers and partners
-  Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
-  Desirable experience in the hotel industry, travel industry, tourism or distribution.
-  Very good language skills in English, in spoken and written.
