Responsibilities
·         Discover, manipulate, and analyze operations data using Microsoft Access, Excel and other tools;
·         Create compelling reports using database tools, and deliver data and findings in context;
·         Study and identify opportunities in operations to streamline/automate manual and complex processes;
·         Develop and utilize tools to achieve automation
 
Qualifications
·         Hands-on experiences with Microsoft Access and Excel, or other mainstream databases. SQL and VBA experiences are required, other scripting language skills a plus;
·         3-5 years of experiences as data analyst with good statistical and analytical skills;
·         Commitment to continuous improvement in operations and data analysis;
·         Communicate effectively to non-technical teams;
·         Ability to work under pressure. Must be good at prioritizing works.
