Principal Accountabilities:

1、Facilitate yearly and quarterly hospital target setting, cooperate with sales managers during the setting process and collocate their feedback or issue

2、Diagnose and close follow up to sales managers on unbalance territory to improve fairness on target setting and territory deployment each quarter

3、Participate brand annual HC sizing plan, evaluate and optimize the productivity of territory

4、Monitor monthly hospital sales forecast and understand the unusual situation of sales field

5、Combine internal and external data, provide integrated and customized analysis according to local business management needs to help SF identify business opportunities

6、Monthly or routine report and analyze requirement supporting


Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:

Bachelor degree


Skills:

Good at Excel and PPT

Good analytical skills

Good communication

Preferably good in English (written and spoken)


Experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in SFE or a business insight role supporting sales in pharmaceutical industry


Competency：

Strong personal drive and business sense
