pyecharts画图报错：Message:'chromedriver' executable needs to in PATH.
snapshot-selenium 是 pyecharts + selenium 渲染图片的扩展，使用 selenium 需要配置 browser driver，目前支持 Chrome, Safari。 首先需要谷歌版本，然后从http://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html 下载对应的chromedriver
并将解压之后的chromedriver.exe文件放到谷歌目录下，并将此路径添加到系统环境变量，重启谷歌就可以了
