岗位职责：
对公司产品、运营、市场数据进行分析、监测、统计，并形成指标体系；
挖掘用户行为特征、兴趣、擅长领域、活跃度等信息，为产品改进提供数据支持和决策建议；
负责公司内需求收集、分析、整理工作，制定相应的数据指标规范并协助业务产品接入数据平台；

任职要求：
2年以上互联网或金融领域数据分析经验，良好的数据敏感度；
熟练使用 SQL/SPSS/R/Python 等数据分析工具；
良好的沟通表达能力，能够进行跨团队的协调沟通；

加分项：
统计学、应用数学、金融、计算机等相关专业背景；
熟悉 Hadoop 平台相关工具，如 Hive、Pig、Spark 等；
