职能：通过行业内数据搜集、整理、分析，并依据数据做出行业研究、评估和预测，帮助公司持续性快速成长
岗位职责：
1. 负责行业内市场、媒体渠道数据的搜集与整理
2. 收集业务及产品部门数据的需求，包括品牌、产品、运营、用户研究等各维度需求，并进行数据分析的工作
3. 追踪业务动态，持续跟进数据指标，建立运营检测预警体系
4. 独立完成数据分析报告，分析运营数据，为市场营销和运营团队提供决策支撑信息
任职要求：
1. 中英文读写能力达到专业水平。
2. 具有数据分析和数据图表化的相关专业经验。
3. 熟悉统计原理及方法，熟练使用office软件，会数据分析软件，擅长数据演示
4. 良好的数据意识及商业思维，能通过数据分析发现有价值的信息
5. 具备很强的分析能力和解决问题的能力，优秀的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力
6. 熟悉任何一种编程语言者优先。
Objective: Scale the company by quickly iterating on ideas with a data driven approach and creating internal tools that are high impact
Core Responsibilities:
1. Build scripts that captures market data and integrate with social media channels
2. Conceptualize, create, and maintain monitoring dashboards for tracking key metrics
3. Refine and improve definition of metrics as the company’s challenges and data evolve
4. Build tools that automate company processes
5. Custom programming projects based on active needs of the marketing, sales, or operation teams
Required Skills:
1. Written and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin
2. Professional experience in data analysis and visualization
3. Confidence with analytical tools such as Excel and R
4. Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
5. Expertise designing and delivering presentations
6. Experience with a programming language
7. Strong problem solver and excellent analytical skills
8. Agile and able to adapt quickly to the challenges of a high growth business; able to manage complex projects with aggressive timelines
